Cannabis Natural Fashion - Eterna Presencia

Bogotá in motion

This marks a historic first for a collective of designers from San Victorino and Restrepo who successfully joined the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode’s Welcome to Paris program during Paris Fashion Week. This significant milestone is part of PUENTE Internacional, a major initiative created by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce under the vision of its president, Dr. Ovidio Claros Polanco. More than just a fashion presentation, PUENTE Internacional serves as a true cultural bridge and an international exchange platform. By bringing Colombian creativity, identity, and heritage to the Parisian stage alongside other invited labels, the project weaves a vibrant dialogue between cultures.

Within this collective gathered at the Palais de Tokyo, our choice focused on the brand Cannabis Natural Fashion, designed by Jaime Fernández.

The living matter of hemp

What immediately captures our attention at Usuel Magazine is the depth of the ecological and social approach behind the garments. Here, before becoming fashion, it is a seed: the Eterna Presencia collection is crafted entirely from 100% hemp fibers. One-third of this material comes directly from cultivation, spinning, and weaving carried out in Colombia. The hues and finishes rely exclusively on natural dyes and resins, reinforcing the green-certified label awarded by the Secretaría Distrital de Ambiente.

A borderless wardrobe

The silhouette structures itself in ample, fluid volumes where the rigor of high tailoring meets urban impulse. Asymmetrical cuts and exposed seams dissolve traditional wardrobe boundaries, composing an androgyne and liberated aesthetic. The chromatic palette unfolds a sensitive partition, oscillating between the earth of origins and vibrant accents of orange, yellow, green, and pink. Beyond the garment, each piece resonates as a human manifesto: fabrics shaped by artisanal hands and the commitment of a social reintegration process. A warm thank you to the 1211pro agency for the invitation.
